Как создать папку
Для того, чтобы создать новую папку, зайдите в свою почту и кликните в левом меню по слову «Создать».
В открывшемся окне введите название новой папки, например «Подписки», и кликните по кнопке «Создать папку».
После этого в левом меню в разделе «Папки», появляется новая папка «Подписки».
Таким же образом можно создать необходимое количество новых папок.
Как перемещать (сортировать) письма
Возвращаемся в свой почтовый ящик для того, чтобы отсортировать письма по только что созданным новым папкам.
Для этого кликаем по кнопке “Почта” (обведена красным прямоугольником на рисунке выше).
Сделать это можно двумя способами. Вы можете выбрать наиболее удобный для вас.
Первый способ
Зажмите левой кнопкой мыши заголовок(тему) перемещаемого письма и, не отпуская левую кнопку, перетащите нужное письмо в созданную папку в меню слева и отпустите кнопку мыши.
Второй способ
В окошке слева нужного письма поставьте галочку.
Затем найдите в верхнем меню вкладку «В папку» и кликните по стрелочке справа.
В открывшемся подменю выберите нужную папку для сохранения письма или создайте новую папку.
Для этого выберите внизу подменю «Новая папка», нажмите левой кнопкой мыши и назовите новую папку. После этого письмо сразу попадет во вновь созданную или уже существующую папку.
Автоматическая сортировка писем
Чтобы каждый раз вам не приходилось сортировать письма вручную, можно настроить так, чтобы письма перемещались по папкам автоматически.
Для этого зайдите в настройки. Нажмите на «Правила обработки писем»
Откроется новое окно, где вам надо нажать на вкладку «Перемещать письма в отдельную папку»
Откроется еще одно окно. В нем надо указать, от кого и куда вы хотите перемещать письма. Выберите папку, в которую хотите, чтобы попадали наши письма и создайте правило для умной почты.
Например, правило может быть адресом электронной почты автора нужных вам писем.
В результате все письма, для которых вы создали правило, будут попадать в выбранную вами для этого папку
