Что такое архивы в интернете, зачем они нужны?
Часто бывают ситуации, когда вам надо отправить кому-то целую папку, в которой несколько документов, возможно фото и видео.
Всю папку с файлами внутри сразу нельзя отправить, к сожалению. Понятно, что если вы начнете добавлять в письмо все документы по одному, это займёт очень много времени и места.
Это неудобно, согласитесь. Что же делать?
Вам надо не просто собрать все файлы в одной папке, но и сжать эту папку, чтобы она весила немного и её можно было быстро отправить.
Для этого существуют архиваторы, а файл - результат их работы - архивы.
Основные форматы архивов ZIP, RAR и Z7
Какие самые популярные архиваторы для распаковки архивных файлов существуют.
Поскольку эти форматы не совсем обычны, для работы с ними также нужны специализированные программы, которые называются архиваторорами.
С их помощью вы всегда можете упаковать и распаковать файлы.
Архиватор 7ZIP легко и бесплатно можно скачать в интернете.
Архиватор WIRAR платный и, обычно устанавливается вместе с системой
Файл может выглядеть по-разному, особенно, если вы никогда не пользовались архиватором
Что делать, если вам надо заархивировать папку с файлами?
Шаг 1. Кликните сначала 1 раз левой кнопкой мышки по папке, чтобы выделить ее.
Затем правой кнопкой мышки, откроется выпадающее окно. Выберите "Добавить в архив".
Лучше выбирать именно эту вкладку, там есть варианты настроек.
Шаг 2. В открывшемся окошке вы можете переименовать файл (1)
Выбрать формат архива ZIP или RAR (2)
и после этого нажмите кнопку ОК внизу(3)
После этого появится архивный файл с тем именем, которое вы ему дали в окошке выше.
Что делать, если вам надо разархивировать файл?
Кликните сначала левой кнопкой мышки на папке, чтобы выделить ее.
Затем правой кнопкой, откроется выпадающее окно.
Лучше выбирать ту вкладку, которая имеет такое же имя, как и архив.
Давайте теперь сравним вес обоих файлов
Для этого в выпавшем окошке (см. выше) выберите нижнюю вкладку свойства сначала в простой папке, а затем в архиве и сравните вес файлов.
Результаты ниже. Слева архив - 1,01 МБ, справа папка - 1,16 МБ.
