Как избежать срыва? Как уберечь себя от состояния «а гори всё гаром! Всё равно ничего не успеваю и пытаться не буду…»
А мы ведь просто люди, устаем чаще, чем хотелось бы.
Мне всегда было трудно планировать, хотя я понимала, что для меня это супер важно.
Поделюсь своим опытом. Не так давно я начала применять 2 техники.
Первая. Визуальная мозаика.
Согласитесь, такое сразу в голове не удержать. Нужно выложить на бумагу или "рисовалку" на компьютере, например.
Делайте так, как вам нравится. Я делаю на листе бумаги, мне так удобно.
Затем расписываете получившиеся пазлы на более мелкие фрагменты. Причем вы в общей картине можете не всё понимать или увидеть.
В процессе вы увидите внутри откроются дополнительные пазлы, которые вписываете в общую картину.
Я составляю мозаику по каждому проекту (карточки например). Расписываю на пазлы общую картину.
Например: мне надо создать подписную страницу.
Для этого мне надо:
сделать 3Д коробку, продумать название магнита, содержание,
создать лэндинг, настроить форму подписки на сервисе,
создать и настроить необходимые метрики и т.д.
Как вы понимаете, после этого у вас не будет проблем с рассеянностью и прочим негативом. Вы получите чёткий план работы.
Вторая. 50-минутная фокусировка.
Вы замечали, что иногда у вас много энергии и вы можете работать весь день, ни разу не прервавшись. Однако, уже на следующий день чувствуете себя полностью разбитым. Вы не в состоянии сделать ничего.
Вы скажете, это естественные процессы.
У каждого человека есть периоды энергетического, эмоционального и физического подъёма и , конечно же, спада по всем направлениям.
Да, это верно. Однако, если вы не будете следить за расходом вашей энергии, то перегорите очень быстро.
Как же оставаться в ресурсном состоянии? Надо отдыхать, пока еще не устали.
Для этого я и применяю 50-минутную фокусировку.
Начинаю реализовывать пазлы. Приступая к работе, я точно знаю, что мне надо сделать. У меня есть прописанный заранее план.
Выключаю внешние раздражители - чаты, телефон и прочее.
Запускаю таймер на 50 минут.
Когда время заканчивается, даже если приходится прерываться на середине, обязательно прерываюсь и переключаюсь на другие дела.
Несколько практических советов:

Отвлекаться нельзя ни на что!
(скажите близким, чтобы не беспокоили в это время, никаких чатов в сети, телефонов и пр.) -
Поначалу есть страх, что не успеешь,
и огромное желание доделать работу до конца, не глядя на время. Этого делать нельзя. -
Не беспокойтесь,
со временем вы привыкните к сфокусированной работе и будете успевать больше за отведенное время. -
Смена деятельности не означает полежать
или посмотреть сериалы, лучше переключаться на физику – любые физические действия. -
Не затягивайте перерывы на долго
20-30 минут, обед, конечно, больше. Тут можно и полежать😊 -
В конце дня (длительность выбираете сами)
подведите итоги сделанного, обязательно похвалите себя за то, что сделали сегодня.
